I founded Next Level Guidance to help people around the world create excellence in all areas of their lives. These individuals  and organizations truly want to see a shift and change in their life no matter what stage they're entering into. I  work with most of my clients for multiple years and have several  who I have worked with since 2010. 

All coaching is done virtually or in person depending on our agreement, and is one on one  and or in team settings. I work with clients who are dedicated and committed to bettering themselves, their lives, their businesses, and the people around them no matter what it takes. For the results you're wanting to create, embodying the principles of honesty, responsibility, and dependability to perform as the highest level of standards ,starts with "BEing your word."

I love being fully present with my clients, creating a trusting, non judgmental, and safe environment. Allowing my clients a space to create the most extraordinary version of themselves and the life they desire. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing my clients create and experience tremendous growth during the work we do together. I absolutely love what I do and who I have the honor of working with. 

It has been a true pleasure and blessing to personally coach a wide range of amazing people. I’ve worked with people as young as 15 up to 68 years of age. I’ve worked with CEO’s, Founders/Entrepreneurs, Executive Directors of nonprofits, ministers, attorney's, students, teams, professional NBA employees, athletes, and college students.

From starting my career at Indiana State University Foundation after graduation in 2005 establishing amazing foundational integrity under the mentorship of John P. Newton,  I have since then had an incredible journey to this point in my life.  From my dreams shattered at a young age of playing college ball at Indiana State and becoming an NBA player, to now actually coaching with some Golden State Warrior employees, CEO's, executives, students and more, I could not be any more passionate of watching individuals and teams grow and excel in all areas of life by who they are being and showing up in this world.
